Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. Declares 5% Increase in Its Distribution on Limited Partner Units

Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: CLMT) ("Partnership") today announced that the Board of Directors of the Partnership's general partner has approved an increase in its quarterly cash distribution to $0.63 per unit ($2.52 per unit on an annualized basis) for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 on all of its outstanding limited partner units. The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2007 to holders of record of such units at the close of business on August 4, 2007.

The quarterly distribution to be paid in August 2007 represents an increase of approximately 5% over the quarterly distribution of $0.60 per unit paid in May 2007. This is the Partnership's third increase in its quarterly distribution in only its fifth full quarter of operations.

Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: CLMT) ("Calumet") is a leading independent producer of high-quality, specialty hydrocarbon products in North America.
