Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: CLMT) ("Partnership") today announced that the Board of Directors of the Partnership's general partner has approved an increase in its quarterly cash distribution to $0.60 per unit ($2.40 per unit on an annualized basis) for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 on all of its outstanding limited partner units. The distribution will be payable on February 14, 2007 to holders of record of such units at the close of business on February 4, 2007.
The quarterly distribution to be paid in February 2007 represents an increase of approximately 9% over the quarterly distribution of $0.55 per unit paid in November 2006. This is the Partnership's second increase in its quarterly distribution in only its third full quarter of operations.
