Bill Hatch was appointed interim CEO April 1st, 2015. Mr. Hatch, retired as Vice President Operations-Chief Operating Executive of CITGO Petroleum Corporation at the end of 2008. During his 33 year career at CTGO, Mr. Hatch was the leader of an executive team that developed the vision and implemented operating strategies, culture changes and technology enabling a major transformation of one of the nation's largest petroleum refining and marketing companies. The results were a streamlined operating group which produced record Branded Marketing profitability in Light Oils and Lubes and record utilization and profitability in Refining. During his tenure at CITGO, he championed and implemented a complete restructuring of CITGO's branded gasoline sales program. As Refining Vice President, CITGO had the best safety and environemental compliance record in the company's history. He also managed the realignment of renegotiation to market based contracts, CITGO's aromatics, solvents and oefins sales contracts company wide. Mr. Hatch also directed CITGO's capital expenditures programs which included projects costing between $500 and $900 million per year. Mr. Hatch has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University and a MBA from McNeese State University.
Timothy Go was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. effective January 1, 2016. As the CEO of Calumet, Mr. Go leads the strategic growth and development of the Partnership and is responsible for the Company’s financial and operating performance. Mr. Go has more than 25 years of experience serving in executive-level roles at leading global energy companies operating in the petroleum refining and specialty products markets. Previously, Mr. Go served as vice president, operations and as vice president, operations excellence at Flint Hills Resources, L.P., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. Mr. Go also served on the Board of Directors of Koch Pipeline Company for 7 years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Go was employed at Exxon Mobil Corporation for nearly 20 years, where he served in various operational leadership capacities and strategic planning roles. Mr. Go earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Executive Vice President, CFO and Secretary
R. Patrick Murray, II has served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of our general partner since October 2014. From December 2012 through October 2014, Mr. Murray served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of our general partner. From September 2005 through December 2012, Mr. Murray served as vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of our general partner. Mr. Murray served as the vice president and chief financial officer of our Predecessor from 1999 until our initial public offering and served as its controller from 1998 to 1999. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Murray was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Murray received his B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Executive Vice President — Sales
William A. Anderson has served as executive vice president — sales of our general partner since October 2014. From October 2012 through October 2014, Mr. Anderson served as vice president — marketing and new products. From September 2005 through September 2012, Mr. Anderson served as vice president — sales of our general partner. Mr. Anderson served as vice president — sales and marketing of our Predecessor from 2000 until our initial public offering and served in various other capacities from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Anderson received his B.A. in Communications from DePauw University.
Executive Vice President - Operations
Ed Juno has been employed in the refining industry for 41 years. He is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University. He started his career working five years for Conoco and then five years for Champlin Petroleum. Mr. Juno then began a consulting career, forming Juno-Grimm and Assoicates. In 1988, he joined Pennzoil Products Company where he led their corporate engineering resources. in 1995, he was promoted to Operations Manager of Pennzoil's Shreveport Refinery. In 2001, Mr. Juno joined CITGO as Lake Charles Lubes Plant Manager. He became Operations Manager and then Refinery Manager for Sinclair Refining where he was employed for seven years. In 2010, he joined Alon as the West Coast Vice President of Refining. His latest assignment has been Vice President of Refinery Techology for Calumet Product Partners, LP, before being named Executive Vice President of Operations.
